Rev. Albert Ocran and Mrs. Comfort Ocran are international motivational speakers, ministers, authors and management consultants with a passion for challenging people to reach their full potential and live out their God-given dreams. They manage Legacy & Legacy, a human capital development consultancy with clientele in the finance, insurance, mining, petrochemical, NGO and international agencies. They also run the Springboard Road Show Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on grooming the next generation of African leaders and entrepreneurs.

 

Albert is one of Ghana’s most sought-after speakers with a series of high profile assignments for local and international organizations both in Ghana and abroad. He serves as Executive Pastor at I.C.G.C Christ Temple. He was voted by his peers as Ghana’s 7th Most Respected CEO for 2009 in a poll organized by Pricewaterhousecoopers and partners. He also received the “Millennium Excellence Award 2010” for his Inspirational and Motivational Work. Comfort is a board member of the Ghana Society for the Blind as well as a number of not-for-profit interests. She is a fellow of the West Africa Nobles Forum. The couple were recognized by Ghana’s Young Professionals Youth Coalition as “Role Models of the Year 2009.”

 

Albert and Comfort are both fellows of the Africa Leadership Initiative and the prestigious Aspen Global Leaders Network based in Colorado. They are weekly columnists of the Graphic Business and the Business & Financial Times newspapers. Their media outreaches also include the motivational radio seminar Springboard, known as the Virtual University, which is aired weekly on Joy FM, Coastal TV, Afrostar TV, Multi TV and daily to millions on several radio networks across Ghana.
