Albert & Comfort Ocran are international motivational speakers and management consultants with a passion for challenging people to reach their full potential and live out their God-given dreams. They run two thriving companies from their base in Accra, Ghana. Combert Impressions is a cutting-edge printing house while Legacy & Legacy is a consultancy that focuses on human capital development. They also run the Springboard Road Show Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation which focuses on grooming the next generation of African leaders and executives.
Albert is the Chairman of Lexta Ghana Limited. He is one of Ghana’s most sought-after speakers with a series of annual engagements that include high profile assignments for local and international organizations both in Ghana and abroad. He was voted by his peers as Ghana’s 7th Most Respected CEO for 2009 in a highly-coveted poll organized by PricewaterhouseCoopers and partners. He also received the highly coveted “Millennium Excellence Award 2010” for his Inspirational and Motivational Work. Albert has been honoured as “Ghana’s Most Promising Entrepreneur” in the inaugural Ghana Entrepreneurs Awards in 2011. Comfort is a board member of the Ghana Society for the Blind and the Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literary and Bible Translation (GILLBT). She is a fellow of the West Africa Nobles Forum. The couple were recognized by Ghana’s Young Professionals Youth Coalition as “Role Models of the Year 2009.”
Albert and Comfort are both fellows of the Africa Leadership Initiative and the prestigious Aspen Global Leaders Network based in Colorado. They are weekly columnists of the Graphic Business and the Business & Financial Times newspaper. Their media outreaches also include the motivational radio seminar Springboard, known as the Virtual University, which is aired daily to millions on several radio networks across Ghana. Together they have authored 21 bestselling books including “The Lord, Madiba & The Eagle” and “Turning Point.” Albert & Comfort travel across Ghana and beyond every year with the Springboard Africa Road Show, a series of personal development conferences.
