The redesigned Executive Coaching Session slated for the conference morning will focus on Succession Planning or Preparing executives. This is one of the most critical issues in our survey of the needs of corporate organisations. Under the sub- theme, Grooming The Next CEOs, the session will feature plenary presentations from three top CEOs currently heading multinational organisations. The main highlight will be breakout group coaching sessions with ten top corporate leaders on the thematic areas. This will be followed by a networking lunch. The target is middle to senior managers being groomed for the top job and emerging leaders that companies have identified as potential future CEOs.
